WHAT makes us fruitful
Fruitful Jobs Ltd is a labour supply company that built its business in the competitive soft fruit manual harvest sector. A SAWS operator until the scheme ceased at the end of December 2013, we have built a strong team to recruit the best workers for our clients and offer a 24/7 service to be able to react at short notice.
We pride ourselves on being pro-active, innovative and passionate about what we do, we offer a comprehensive recruitment, selection and support service, building long term relationships with both our clients and workers.
Although we started in Soft fruit, we now supply workers across multiple sectors, including agriculture, food processing, poultry, meat and viticulture.
Offering both direct and agency supply, we have built up a strong reputation often recommended by word of mouth. We are able to supply workers for just a few hours, or long term. If accommodation is not available we can source locally for our workers.
